This page is published in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. 45), the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), the FTC Final Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465, effective October 21, 2024), and applicable state consumer-protection laws. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
1. Plain-English summary
Sales is a performance craft. Our training does not replace doing the work. We do not guarantee any specific income, deal size, sales role placement, commission rate, or business outcome. Income figures shown anywhere on this Site, in our advertising, in our social media, in DMs, in our emails, or in our programs are examples of what specific operators (including our founders) have personally achieved. They are not promises of what you will earn.
Most people who buy any business or sales training do not produce the results shown by top performers. Your results will depend on your effort, your prior skill, your market, your offer, your coachability, your consistency, and factors outside anyone’s control.
2. Specific income figures referenced on this Site
When we cite specific numbers in our advertising or on this Site, we describe what the operator personally achieved. The figures below reflect the operator’s own records and are not representations about typical student outcomes.
- “$250,000+ cash collected.” Reflects gross cash collected by Keith Rouillon personally as a closer over approximately three years of high-ticket sales work. Verifiable by internal records on request to counsel under non-disclosure agreement.
- “£60,000 biggest enterprise close.”Reflects a single enterprise sale closed by Keith Rouillon during his tenure at Dell’s London office, at the time of contract signing, before vendor share, taxes, and platform fees.
- “$2,500 to $30,000+ per close commission ranges.” Reflects the historical commission band on offers operated or sold by Accelerate-affiliated operators. The lower end is more common; the upper end is rare and corresponds to enterprise or ticket-stacked deals. Most commissions in the high-ticket sales industry fall well below the upper end of this range.
- “$150,000 supplement brand revenue.” Reflects gross top-line annual revenue (not profit) of an organic supplement brand operated by Roger Holden. Profit is materially lower after cost of goods, advertising, fulfillment, and other expenses.
- “$300,000+ managed investor capital.” Reflects total capital raised and deployed across business ventures Roger Holden has operated. This figure represents capital under management, not personal earnings.
We do not currently publish typical-results data for Accelerate students because the program is recent and our cohort sizes are small. As we accumulate enrollment and outcome data, we will publish a Typical Results Statement on this page.
3. What “individual results vary” actually means here
The figures above are not typical. Most students will not earn the amounts described. A meaningful number of students will earn nothing or substantially less than they invest. Variables that drive outcomes include:
- Hours of practice and live reps per week.
- Pre-existing sales experience, communication skill, and language.
- Quality of the offer the student chooses to sell.
- Market conditions, ad costs, and offer-economics shifts.
- The student’s coachability and willingness to follow the framework.
- The student’s financial runway and ability to weather the learning curve.
- The student’s compliance with the program code of conduct (which is required for placement consideration).
4. Placement is not a job offer
Placement into Reliable Digital, partner offers, or any other sales role is merit-based, capacity-limited, and discretionary. Placement is not included in every tier. Enrollment in any tier does not guarantee placement, an interview, or contact from any partner. We do not act as an employment agency. Any commission-based or 1099 sales work is subject to the standard risks of independent-contractor sales work, including variable income, no employee benefits, no guaranteed volume, and no employer-provided tax withholding. You are responsible for your own taxes, legal structure, and business compliance.
5. Testimonials and endorsements
Testimonials displayed on the Site or in our advertising reflect the experience of the specific student named or shown. The student’s experience is not representative. Material connections are disclosed where they exist. We do not pay for testimonials with money. We may provide discounted access, free access, or community recognition in exchange for a testimonial, and we will say so in or near the testimonial as required by 16 CFR Part 255.5.
6. Forward-looking statements
Any statement on the Site or in our advertising about future earnings, future market conditions, or future placement availability is a forward-looking statement and is not guaranteed. Forward-looking statements speak only as of the date made.
7. Founder and operator earnings are not student earnings
When Roger Holden, Keith Rouillon, or any Accelerate-affiliated operator describes their personal earnings, that figure represents the operator’s individual sales performance, often over a multi-year period and built on offers and infrastructure that are specific to that operator. It is not what a student should expect. We display founder earnings to communicate that we do the work we teach. We do not display them to imply you can replicate them.
8. No business-opportunity sale
Accelerate Mentorship sells coaching and education. It does not sell a “business opportunity” within the meaning of 16 CFR Part 437 or any state seller-assisted-marketing-plan or business-opportunity statute. We do not provide locations, accounts, customers, or guaranteed buy-back arrangements as part of any program. To the extent any program element could be construed as a business opportunity, we will provide the disclosures required by applicable law before purchase.
9. Risk-of-loss acknowledgment
You acknowledge that purchasing the Services involves financial risk and time commitment. You should not invest funds you cannot afford to lose. You should not borrow to pay for any tier without an independent assessment of your ability to repay. We do not provide financing and we do not advise on financing.
10. Updates
We may update this disclaimer when our claims, our typical-results data, or applicable law changes. Material changes are announced on the Site.
