Sales is one skill.
Wealth is a system.
Accelerate was built by an operator who got tired of watching talented salespeople get stuck in the gap between earning money and keeping it. The coaching bench he assembled lives the same operator standard.
To turn skilled salespeople into business owners.
The gap between making money and building wealth is the biggest trap in the high-ticket sales industry. Most programs teach you to close and stop there. You’re left as a commission-only rep with no equity, no entity, no funding, no team, and no real leverage over your future.
Accelerate Mentorship exists to close that gap. We train elite setters and closers, then we teach them how to build the machine underneath the skill, so the income they earn becomes wealth they own.
Operator. Builder. Connector.

Founder · 32
Massachusetts, USA
Roger Holden is the founder of Accelerate Mentorship and of Reliable Digital. He owns and operates four businesses across supplements, commercial cannabis, agriculture, and clinical technology, including a proprietary SaaS platform he built for the Clinical Herbalist space (working directly with functional medical doctors, in a market with no direct competitors), and a supplement brand currently doing $150K/year in fully organic sales.
His operational range is unusually wide. He’s managed 100+ acres of agricultural land with a team, raised and deployed $300K+ in investor capital, negotiated at the corporate and commercial level, and built sales operations from cold outreach through close. His businesses have sponsored the Telluride Mushroom Festival and MAPS in Denver for multiple years running (both events). He runs online communities, manages employees across multiple ventures, and has a deep working knowledge of corporate structure and entity formation: how to legitimately build, register, and operate a real business that stands up to legal, tax, and compliance scrutiny. He’s spent the last decade navigating those waters personally, and it’s one of the areas members of Accelerate benefit from most. He’s also proficient in Python, HTML, JSON, and Java.
Before any of the businesses, Roger was a personal trainer, which is where his coaching DNA was formed. The fundamentals transfer directly: assess the person in front of you, identify the gap between where they are and where they want to go, build a plan they can actually execute, and hold them to it. That’s the same methodology he applies to sales mentorship today.
His philosophy is performance over résumé. He’s less interested in where someone has been than in how they show up and produce when it counts. His superpower, confirmed by nearly everyone who works with him, is connecting the right people and putting them in positions where they thrive.
Closer. Trainer. Infrastructure.

Lead Coach · 21
London, UK
Keith Rouillon is the lead sales and infrastructure coach at Accelerate Mentorship. Despite his age, he’s already four years deep into sales, across B2B, B2C, and door-to-door, and has been studying business daily since he was 14. His sales résumé includes closing enterprise software and hardware deals worth up to £60K at Dell’s London office, and personally cash-collecting $250K+ across three years of high-ticket work.
Beyond selling, Keith builds the infrastructure sales teams run on. He’s built and managed Discord servers (including an active community of 1,200+ members), runs media and social operations for five separate high-ticket sales mentorships, and has personally produced organic content topping 1M+ views across social media. He also trains sales reps end-to-end: hiring, vetting, scripting, drilling, and deploying them onto live offers.
His background stacks unusually well for this work: a UK law degree (with real working knowledge of company formation), software engineering proficiency (Python, JSON), in-house design, animation, and video editing skills, and an active real estate portfolio of four properties.
Inside Accelerate, Keith’s lane is training and infrastructure: turning raw sales talent into closers who actually close, and making sure the systems around them look and run at a professional standard.
The operators inside the program alongside the founder.
Roger founded Accelerate. The coaches inside it are operators he hand-picks because they actually close, actually teach, and actually represent the standard we hold our cohort to. Not headcount. Not affiliates. Working closers who earn a seat on the bench.

Coach · High-Ticket Closer
Manchester, UK · seasoned across Australia
Closer. Student of the buyer.
Zac Passingham coaches inside Accelerate as a high-ticket closer whose operator track record runs years longer than his age suggests. Born and raised in Manchester, UK, with extended experience living and working across Australia, he has been closing deals since most operators his age were still picking a major.
He started in real estate at 16. At 17, mid-exams, he personally cash-collected £50K+ in B2B physical product sales, closing business buyers on the phone while sitting for the very qualifications most of his peers treated as the finish line. The exams were earned. The cash was earned harder. By the time most twenty-year-olds were filing their first commission check, Zac was already on his third sales environment.
He holds a degree in Marketing, with formal academic work in Psychology and Philosophy. That is not background detail. It is the operating system underneath every call he runs. He understands buyer psychology because he studied it in writing. He understands framing, decision-making, and ethical persuasion because he was trained in it directly. The result is a closer who reads people with unusual precision and a coach who can teach others to do the same.
He is six months into high-ticket sales, applying that foundation against higher-AOV offers and more sophisticated objections, with a vertical growth curve from week one. That is exactly the kind of operator Accelerate puts on its bench.
Inside Accelerate, Zac coaches setters and closers on call structure, objection handling, tonality, frame control, and the buyer psychology underneath every closing decision. He doesn’t pitch. He closes. And he teaches the same.
A wider bench. More perspectives. More reps.
Beyond the in-house coaches, Accelerate runs a rotating roster of guest coaches and operators who join the cohort for weekly conversations. Working closers from other industries. Founders running their own offers. Specialists in tonality, frame control, sales psychology, paid media, and team building. The point is exposure: more closers in the room, more perspectives on the same call, more reps against language patterns no single coach could supply alone.
That width is part of the program. Roger personally vets every guest before they speak to the cohort, and the standard is the same as it is for the in-house bench: actually close, actually teach, actually deliver something a member can run on a call the next day.
We built the program we wish had existed.
The high-ticket sales industry produces a lot of commission-only 1099 reps with no path forward. Training ends when you can close a call. Nothing gets taught about entity formation, tax strategy, how to protect the income, how to scale a team, or what to do once you’re earning more than a W2 career would have paid.
We’ve seen it up close. Roger spent seven years building companies in exactly those waters. The coaches running the cohort with him have personally cash-collected hundreds of thousands of dollars on the phones. Between them, they have spent too much time explaining to other closers how to turn a commission check into a real business.
Accelerate is that conversation, formalized. Train hard, close confidently, then build something that outlasts any single offer you happen to be selling.
